GBS ALU supports the selection of the right alloy and temper (e.g. T4 / T5 / T6) based on the profile application. Our specialized alloys: 6060 (decorative applications), 6063 (architectural profiles), 6082 (high-strength structural applications). On request, we work with declarations of conformity and batch traceability. The referenced production and quality certificates are owned by manufacturing partner Ersaş Aluminium, not by GBS Aluminium.

For industrial aluminium profiles, tolerances are crucial. Based on the technical drawing, we determine all relevant parameters such as dimensions, straightness, torsion and cutting tolerances in advance. During production and before delivery, control measurements are carried out to guarantee quality.

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom extrusions typically starts at 500 kg per profile. For larger or production-dependent profiles it may be higher. For standard profiles, a smaller quantity may be possible in some cases — availability and quantity are always confirmed per quotation. For recurring volumes we offer planned delivery models.

For custom profiles, we evaluate your drawing for manufacturability and cost optimization. The process proceeds as follows: technical approval → die production → first production / sample inspection → series delivery.

Depending on the application, we offer appropriate surface treatments such as anodising or powder coating. To prevent transport damage, we carefully determine protective film, packaging, labelling and palletising according to your logistics requirements.

For each quotation, GBS Aluminium assesses which processing steps can be coordinated for the profile, such as precision cutting, CNC drilling, tapping and milling, anodising, powder coating and assembly. Technical feasibility, tolerances, colour, quantity and the performing manufacturing partner are confirmed in the quotation.
